SECTION 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. – The Baguio City National High School – Doña Aurora Annex in Barangay Aurora Hill, City of Baguio is hereby separated from the Baguio City National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Doña Aurora National High School.
