SECTION 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. – The Baguio City National High School – Bakakeng Annex in Barangay Bakakeng, City of Baguio is hereby separated from the Baguio City National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Bakakeng National High School.
