SECTION 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. – The Iligan City East National High School – Kiwalan Annex in Barangay Kiwalan, City of Iligan, Province of Lanao del Norte is hereby separated from the Iligan City East National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Kiwalan National High School.
