Section 17

SEC 17. A new Section 17 of the same Act is hereby inserted to read as follows: “SEC 17. Cancellation of Registration. – The RERB shall cancel the registration records of those who have died, as certified by either the posts or by the local civil registrar, and those who have been proven to have lost their Filipino citizenship.”
