Section 31

SEC. 31. A new Section 31 of the same Act is hereby inserted to read as follows: “SEC. 31. Creation of the Department of Foreign Affairs Overseas Voting Secretariat (DFA-OVS). – A secretariat based in the DFA home office is hereby created to assist the OFOV, and to direct, coordinate and oversee the participation of the DFA in the implementation of the Overseas Voting Act: Provided, That its secretariat shall come from the existing secretariat personnel of the DFA.”
