The Secretary of the University.

Section 11

SEC. 11. The Secretary of the University. - The Board shall appoint a Secretary, who shall serve as such for both the Board and the University and shall keep all records and proceedings of the Board. The Secretary of the University shall serve upon each member of the Board the appropriate notice of the Board meetings.
