Period of Implementation.

Section 4

SEC. 4. Period of Implementation . – The increase in authorized bed capacity from three hundred (300) to six hundred (600) beds shall be implemented through the increase of bed capacity of not less than sixty (60) beds per year for a period of five (5) years from the approval of this Act.
