Section 12

SEC. 12. Custodian of its Records, and Provision of Support Services. – The PRC shall keep all records of the Board including applications for examination, examination papers and results, minutes of deliberations, and administrative cases. The PRC shall designate a Secretary of the Board who shall assist the Board in the implementation of the provisions of this Act.
