Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Section 14

SEC. 14. Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). – Within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, the DOST, PAGASA and DBM shall issue the IRR for the effective implementation of this Act.
