Minimum Core Programs and Services.

Section 7

SEC. 7. Minimum Core Programs and Services. – Microfinance NGOs shall provide at least any of the following programs, products, or services: (a) Microcredit and financial literacy programs; and (b) Microcredit and CBU or microsavings.
