Section 5

SEC. 5. A section is hereby inserted after section eighteen of Act Numbered Four thousand one hundred sixty-six to be known as section eighteen-A to read as follows: "SEC. 18-A. Any existing legislation, executive orders, or administrative orders which are inconsistent with the Provisions of this Act are hereby repealed."
