SECTION 1. The San Jose National High School – Daniel C. Mantos Annex in Barangay Daniel C. Mantos, Municipality of Mahayag, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby separated from the San Jose National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Daniel C. Mantos National High School.
