Financial Assistance for Persons with Rare Disease.

Section 21

SEC. 21. Financial Assistance for Persons with Rare Disease. — A person with rare disease may avail of the following: (a) Basic benefit package from the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, which shall be provided in accordance with its guidelines; and (b) Medical assistance as provided in Section 8 of Republic Act No. 10351 or the Sin Tax Reform Act of 2012.
