The OWWA Administrator.

Section 27

SEC. 27. The OWWA Administrator. – The management and supervision of the OWWA shall be vested in the Administrator. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Secretariat, the Administrator shall oversee the overall operations of the Secretariat, which shall include the general supervision and control of all its personnel and resources, and the assumption of full responsibility and accountability thereof. The Administrator must possess good leadership and managerial skills, and shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines. The Administrator shall report to the President, through the Secretary of the DOLE, and shall perform the duties and functions stated in this Act and all the necessary and related functions of the office of the Administrator, subject to the policies and rules prescribed by the OWWA Board.
