Section 2

SEC. 2. Establishment. – There is hereby established a Technical Education and Skills Development Center in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Occidental Mindoro, under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), to be known as the Rizal, Occidental Mindoro TESDA Training and Accreditation Center.
