Role of the JobStart Unit.

Section 8

SEC. 8. Role of the JobStart Unit. – The DOLE shall establish a JobStart unit at the BLE and in every DOLE regional office. The JobStart unit shall provide the employer the training costs, administrative costs, or other fees, if any, as specified under a memorandum of agreement between the DOLE and the employer. It shall also approve training plans in coordination with the appropriate PESO and with technical advice from the TESDA.
