Section 1

SECTION 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. – The Conner Central National High School – Talifugo Annex in Barangay Talifugo, Municipality of Conner, Province of Apayao is hereby separated from the Conner Central National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Talifugo National High School.
