Repealing Clause.

Section 9

SEC. 9. Repealing Clause. – All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, and issuances, proclamations, rules and regulations, and other issuances contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act shall be deemed amended accordingly.
