SECTION 1. The Governor Benjamin Leguiab, Sr. Memorial National High School - Sacpil Annex in Barangay Sacpil, Municipality of Conner, Province of Apayao is hereby separated from the Governor Benjamin Leguiab, Sr. Memorial National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Sacpil National High School.
