Section 5

SEC. 5. Sec 6 of Republic Act No. 7586 is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC.6. Additional Areas to be Included into the System.- Upon the recommendation of the DENR, additional areas with unique physical features, anthropological significance and high biological diversity may be proposed for inclusion as part of the System. Such areas shall undergo the same procedure as the remaining initial components for ligislative enactment."
