Scope of Examination.

Section 15

SEC. 15. Scope of Examination.- The licensure examination shall cover the following subjects: (a) Physical, Chemical, Biological, and Microbiological Principles: (b) Food Processing, Preservation, and Food Engineering; (c) Quality Sensory Evaluation of Food; and (d) Food Laws and Regulations. The Board may revise or exclude any of the above subjects and add new ones as may be called for by the requirements of the industry and of the profession.
