Section 22
SEC. 22. Sessions of the Parliament. - The Parliament shall conduct its regular session forty-five (45) days after the election of the Parliament up to thirty (30) days before the opening of its next regular session, unless earlier dissolved by a vote of no confidence. A special or emergency session may be called by the Speaker, upon the request of the Chief Minister or by a majority of ail the members of the Parliament.
