Applicability of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs).

Section 30

SEC. 30. Applicability of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). - Specific to MSEs, the DOLE shall develop OSH core compliance standards to ensure safe and healthy workplaces. All MSEs shall be required to implement the prescribed standards for house keeping, materials handling and storage, electrical and mechanical safety, chemical safety, emergency preparedness, fire safety and PPE, and to monitor hazards regularity.
