Section 2

SEC. 2. The authorized bed capacity of the SIMC is hereby increased from fifty (50) to three hundred fifty (350) beds. The Secretary of the DOH shall implement the increase in bed capacity of the SIMC over a period of five (5) years from the approval of this Act.
