The Secretary of the University.

Section 10

SEC. 10. The Secretary of the University. - The Board shall appoint a Secretary, who shall serve as such for both the Board and the University and who shall keep all records and proceedings of the Board in addition to other duties and responsibilities. The Secretary of the University shall serve upon each member of the Board the appropriate notice of the Board meetings.
