SEC. 3. All personnel, records, assets and properties, including buildings, sites, and improvements thereof, obligations, funds and appropriations of the Narra Municipal Hospital are hereby transferred to the Governor Alfredo Mendoza Abueg, Sr. Memorial Hospital.
