Section 32

SEC. 32. HIV Testing for Pregnant Women. - A health care provider who offers pre-natal medical care shall offer provider-initiated HIV testing ibr pregnant women. The DOH shall provide the necessary guidelines for healthcare providers in the conduct of the screening procedures.
