SECTION 1. There shall be established in the Municipality of Tubod, Province of Lanao del Norte, a sports training renter to be known as the "Lanao del Norte Sports Training Center" to be located in the Mindanao Civic Center, which shall be constituted as the primary sports training center for the whole Province of Lanao del Norte and the neighboring provinces thereat.
