SECTION 1. There is hereby granted to Philippine Packing Corporation, its successors or assigns, a temporal permit to construct, establish, maintain and operate in the Philippines, at Manila, Bugo and Phillips, Bukidnon, and at such other places as the company may select and Secretary of Public Works and Communications may approve private fixed point-to-point, private base, and private coastal radio stations for the reception and transmission of wireless messages on radiotelegraphy or radiotelephony, each station to be provided with a radio transmitting apparatus and a radio receiving apparatus.
