Section 10

SEC. 10. Department Bureaus and Regional Offices. -The Department shall establish, operate, and maintain Bureaus under it such as, but not limited to: (a) Environmental, Land Use and Urban Planning and Development; (b) Housing and Real Estate Development Regulation; and (c) Homeowners Associations and Community Development. As may be necessary, a regional office may be established in the administrative regions of the country.
