Section 8

SEC. 8. A new Section 8 is hereby inserted after the new Section 7-A of R. A. No. 8178, as amended, to read as follows: "SEC. 8. Maintenance of Rice Buffer Stock. -The NFA shall, in accordance with the rules, regulations and procedures to be promulgated, maintain sufficient rice buffer stock to be sourced solely from local farmers."
