Section 16

SEC. 16. A new Section 16 is hereby inserted after the new Section 15 of R. A. No. 8178, as amended, to read as follows: "SEC. 16. National Single Window Program.^ - To ensure the accurate collection of tariff as provided in Section 6 of this Act, the National Single Window (NSW) program of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) shall be implemented within one hundred eighty (180) days from the effectivity of this Act in accordance with Executive Order No. 482."
