Establishment of the Philippine Sports Training Center.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Establishment of the Philippine Sports Training Center. - There is hereby established a state-of-the-art and highly scientific sports complex to be known as the Philippine Sports Training Center (PSTC). After a period of planning not exceeding six (6) months upon the effectivity of this Act, the necessary sports facilities and amenities, which are at par with international standards, shall be constructed within a period of eighteen (18) months in a location suitable and conducive to high-level training of athletes, coaches and referees.
