Section 5

SEC. 5. The PSC, in coordination with the Provincial Government of Sarangani, the Municipal Government of Alabel, and other concerned stakeholders, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of this Act within ninety (90) days after its enactment into law.
