Evaluation.

Section 26

SEC. 26. Evaluation. - Upon the recommendation of the EVOSS Steering Committee, or within five (5) years after the effectivity of this Act, the JCPC shall conduct a systematic evaluation of the accomplishments and impact of this Act for purposes of determining remedial legislation.
