Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 17

SEC. 17. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - The LTO, in consultation with law enforcement and other relevant agencies, shall promulgate the rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act within a non-extendible period of ninety (90) days from its effectivity.
