Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 37

SEC. 37. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within six (6) months from the passage of this Act, the Board shall, subject to the approval of the Commission, promulgate the rules and regulations and the Code of Ethics and Standards pf Practice for speech language pathologists to effectively implement its provisions.
