The Provincial Schools Division.

Section 49

SEC. 49. The Provincial Schools Division. - (a) The DepEd shall within two (2) months upon the commencement of the corporate existence of the province herein created, establish and maintain a separate schools division in the province whose jurisdiction shall cover all municipalities of the new province. The provincial schools division shall be headed by a division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the DepEd.
