Section 4

SEC. 4. The increase in the bed capacity of the ARMMC from three hundred (300) to five hundred (500) beds and the upgrading of its facilities as provided for under Sections 1 and 2 of this Act shall be implemented consistent with the five (5)-year development plan of the hospital.
