Section 8
SEC. 8. There is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum two hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof as may necessary, to be placed at the disposal of the Board, to paragraph four, General Provisions, section seven of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred and forty-six, as amended, for the payment of the salaries of the necessary personnel, for the purchase of necessary equipment and supplies, and for sundry expenses to b incurred to carry into effect the provisions of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and fifty-five Thereafter, the necessary sum for the operation of the said Board shall be included in the General Appropriation Act.
