Section 3

SEC. 3. Curricular Offering. - The University shall offer undergraduate, graduate and short-term courses within its areas of competence and specialization, and as the Board of Regents may deem necessary .to carry out its objectives, and meet the human resource development needs of the Province of Guimaras and Region VI.
