Section 21

SEC. 21. Development Plan, Management Audit, Organization/Administrative/Academic Structure. — Within a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the approval of this Act, the University shall accomplish the following: (a) Submit a five (o)-year development plan, including its program budget to the CHED for corresponding recommendation to the DBM; (b) Undergo a management audit in cooperation with the CHED; and (c) Set up its organizational, administrative, and academic structure, including the appointment of key officials of the University.
