The Administrative Council.

Section 12

SEC. 12. The Administrative Council. - There shall be an Administrative Council consisting of the President of the University as Chairperson, and the vice presidents, deans, directors and other officials of equal rank as members, whose duties are to review and recommend to the Board the policies governing" the administration, management and development planning of the University.
