SEC. 3. The PUP shall admits students to its Quezon City Campus who may avail of graduate, undergraduate and short-term technical-vocational courses within the University's areas of specialization, and according to its capabilities as the Board of Regents (BOR) may deem necessary to carry out the University's objectives, and to respond to the needs of the city and the NCR. The PUP is also mandated to undertake research and extension services in the Quezon City Campus, and to provide progressive leadership in these areas, including offering of graduate degrees under the PUP Open University System.
