Repealing Clause.

Section 15

SEC. 15. Repealing Clause. - Section 11 of Republic Act No. 7432, as amended by Republic Act No. 9257 and further amended by Republic Act No. 9994, is hereby repealed. All other laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations, and other issuances or parts thereof, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
