Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 26

SEC. 26. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, the PhilSA, in coordination with the DBM, Civil Service Commission and other relevant government agencies, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
