Removal from Office.

Section 9

SEC. 9. Removal from Office. - The Chairperson and the Members of the Board may be removed from office for cause. The person appointed for the unexpired term shall be eligible for reappointment: Provided, That the unexpired term is less than one-half of the prescribed term.
