Interagency Committee.

Section 4

SEC. 4. Interagency Committee. - An interagency committee headed by the Quezon City Local Government and composed of the University and the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the National Housing Authority shall issue the necessary guidelines for the effective implementation of this Act.
