Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 6

SEC. 6. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - The DOTr shall in collaboration with the DILG, LTO, LTFRB, MMDA and other concerned agencies and stakeholders, promulgate the necessary implementing rules and regulations within sixty (60) days from the effectivity of this Act.
