Appropriations.

Section 21

SEC. 21. Appropriations.- The Secretary of the DepEd shall immediately include in the Department's budget the amount necessary for the effective implementation of this Act which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Upon the effectivity of this Act, the BCDA shall likewise immediately include in its procurement plan the construction of classrooms, dormitories, and other sports facilities and related amenities for the NAS main campus whose funding shall also be included in the General Appropriations Act.
